Refund Policy

For Conference Delegates attending an Event, the following will always apply:

A. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

B. Reserves the right to cancel the registration if payment is not received before the event date.

C. Full fee is charged regardless if the delegate chooses to not attend for the full duration of the event.

D. A Processing fee amounting to 30% of the delegate fee will be charged for any cancellation more than 30 days from the start date of the conference.

E. No Refund will be given for any cancellations advised less than 30 days from the start date of the conference.
